Description
Stay one step ahead with patented safety technology
Every year in the UK, thousands of serious accidents happen because drivers notice emergency vehicles too late. Modern cars are quieter and more distracting, making sirens easy to miss.
In 2009, our engineers discovered a way to translate the ultra-short periodic signals transmitted by the Airwave communication system into real-time in-car alerts. This breakthrough led to the development of Target Blu Eye a patented emergency service warning system.
Target Blu Eye detects (unmarked) police cars, fire engines, and ambulances in the vicinity of your vehicle even when they are not using sirens or flashing lights. Often, Blu Eye warns you before emergency vehicles even come into view, giving you back those crucial seconds to stay calm, anticipate sooner, and keep the road clear when it matters most.
Since its introduction, more than 10,000 drivers across Europe trust Target Blu Eye every day.

Key benefits
- React sooner: Gain crucial seconds to move safely.
- Detect marked & unmarked police cars: To be more aware
- Protect others: Help emergency services reach people faster.
- Super easy install: Install in minutes, swap cars in seconds.
Don’t risk missing an unmarked police car on a busy motorway. Blu Eye GO keeps you prepared when seconds count.
How Blu Eye works (in 3 simple steps)
1. Detect
The system detects the radio signals of nearby emergency vehicles including unmarked police cars, fire engines, and ambulances. Even if they are not using sirens or flashing lights.
2. Recognise
Blu Eye GO analyses the strength and pattern of these signals to estimate how close the vehicle is. The display shows you whether they are near or far, so you always know what to expect.
3. Alert
Clear on-screen and audio warnings give you extra time to react. You stay calm, anticipate traffic earlier, and move aside safely when it matters most.
Is it legal in the UK?
Yes. Blu Eye GO is completely legal. It is a passive, receive-only awareness system. It does not decode message contents, and it never transmits, interferes, or jams. The device is designed to meet all applicable UK radio equipment conformity requirements.
Blu Eye technology has been available in the UK since 2009, and for over a decade thousands of drivers have trusted it to make their journeys safer.

External Antenna
The standard built-in antenna of the Blu Eye GO provides a detection range of around 700 metres. With the External Antenna, specially developed by Track Technology, this range extends up to 1,000 metres. Mounted on the windscreen, it ensures your Blu Eye GO always delivers optimal performance, without compromise.
This antenna is also the perfect solution for vehicles with heat-reflective or metallic-coated windscreens. These windscreens often contain metal particles that weaken radio signals and limit the range of the Blu Eye GO. With the External Antenna, you can rely on strong, consistent detection at all times.
How to check your windscreen:
Hold your mobile phone close to the windscreen. If the signal strength drops by 1–2 bars when you get in and close the door, your windows likely contain metallic film. In this case, the External Antenna is highly recommended.
✔ Extends range from 700 to 1,000 metres
✔ Ensures optimal performance with metallic windscreens
✔ Designed by Track Technology for Blu Eye GO
✔ Easy windscreen installation
